A free tool that helps small landlords score tenant applications against one fixed set of criteria.
A free tool that lets small landlords score and rank tenant applications against one fixed set of criteria instead of judging loose email threads. Won a prize at the Polderr Fair Game hackathon, then rebuilt it for landlords after interviewing an investor who owns nine rental properties. Modelled on a real nine room shared house in Rijswijk.

A budgeting app for students who will not keep a spreadsheet. Rebuilt the core experience and added an AI Coach that reads spending patterns and gives short practical suggestions instead of more charts. No bank linking, so no banking credentials are stored anywhere.

About me
Direct, warm, and easy to work with
I am a third year International Public Policy and Leadership student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, with an average of 8.1. I am currently taking a 30 ECTS economics minor at Erasmus School of Economics.
I work at the university inclusion office, where I run a wayfinding project for students who find standard signage hard to use. I have low vision myself, so accessible design is not an add on for me. Outside class I build small tools and run field research, most recently a study on AI readiness at ANWB.
